Building a Legacy: Supporting the Kahal Chasidim Expansion and Mikva Campaign

In every thriving community, the heart lies in its shared spaces—where individuals come together to grow in ruchnius and avodah. With its many shiurim and events, davening, and vital services, Kahal Chasidim has become more than just a building; it’s a sanctuary of Kedusha and Yiddishkeit.

Now, the community faces an extraordinary opportunity to expand Kedusha through a new campaign to fund the construction of a men's mikva. This transformative project is designed to meet today’s needs and ensure a sustainable, vibrant future for future generations.

Over the years, the community has grown exponentially, and the existing facilities at the LA Mikvah could no longer accommodate everyone, so the Men's Mikva was closed.

Central to this campaign is constructing a state-of-the-art mikvah, a cornerstone of Jewish tradition. The mikva isn’t just a facility; it’s a sacred space that supports Kedusha and spiritual growth.

A new mikva will provide a dignified, accessible, and beautiful place for fulfilling this mitzva (commandment), enriching the spiritual lives of countless community members. With its thoughtful design, the mikva will reflect the community’s values of modesty, sanctity, and hospitality.

How You Can Make a Difference

This campaign is more than a building project—it’s a call to action for everyone who believes in the power of community and tradition. Every dollar donated is an investment in a brighter, stronger future for the Jewish families of Los Angeles.

Through The Chesed Fund, supporters can contribute directly to this vital project. Each contribution, regardless of size, brings the community closer to its goal. Naming opportunities also allow donors to leave a lasting legacy.

By joining this campaign, you’re not just helping to build a mikvah; you’re helping to create a future.

Together, we can ensure that this beacon of Kedusha and Torah continues to shine brightly, welcoming all who enter with open arms and an enduring sense of belonging.
